CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note we require minimum 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will attract a minimum fee of $45, or non-attendance will attract a minimum fee of $80.

If you are running late to your appointment please let us know via text or phone call if you can. If you arrive late to your appointment your time will be shortened otherwise this will impact other clients following you. A full appointment fee will be applicable.

NO-SHOW/MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

If you don't show up for your appointment, we'll give you a call or text to make sure that everything is ok.

When you miss an appointment without calling this can impact other clients and scheduling of the clinic, especially in peak times.

If you don't show or you miss an appointment, Brandi Crouch Naturopathy reverses the right to charge the full amount of your treatment fee.

We also know that life happens, and at times you may need to reschedule your appointment.

 

Rescheduling is made so much easier with our online booking system.

To reschedule online:

Visit our website, brandicrouchnaturopathy.com.au. Click on “Book An Appointment”, then click on the service you need to change. Choose a new date / time for your appointment, then provide your details. In the comments box advise what appointment you need to cancel then click on “Complete Booking”. The admin staff will take care of the rest.
