A note for New Clients
If you are new to us, please select Naturopathy Initial Appointment and follow the prompts to find the appropriate appointment for you. Once you have confirmed your booking, a welcome letter will be emailed to you, so please keep a look out in your inbox (be sure to check your spam as sometimes emails can go astray).
Within your welcome letter you'll find a link to a New Patient Form. Please click on this link, complete and submit this form prior to your initial consultation. 

A note for Regular Clients
If you are a regular client, please select a follow up appointment and follow the prompts.
